Bias in news...

NEWS TITLE: Stowe School soup 'poisoned by porter'

Source: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-12957015

Main points: Mentions that a trainee chef had told a jury she saw Mr. Cook, a kitchen porter in a public school, drain unblocker into the pupils’ carrot soup.

The accusation in based in only one witness declaration

Bias detected:

Headline: The headline of the news: “Stowe School soup 'poisoned by porter'” is assuming the porter is actually responsible of poisoning the student’s soup, and is giving the reader a distorted vision of the reality.

Picture: The picture use in this page makes the porter look in an insane way.
